Pecan Hill’s Bulldogs guarantees that the puppy sold is in good physical health on the day of purchase. All the necessary shots and dewormings have been done. Puppy was bought as a pet. Pecan Hill’s Bulldogs also offers a replacement guarantee on our puppies up to one year of age. If the puppy develops any life threatening congenital defect, we will replace the puppy with another puppy of same sex, color, and equal value, at our first opportunity, provided the conditions below are met and kept by the buyer; no moneys will be refunded.
- Buyer will send breeder a photo of the puppy in one years time, which will be of quality that breeder can use it for advertising purposes.
- If puppy dies within the first year a replacement will be offered providing buyer has a veterinarian’s autopsy report which indicates that a congenital defect was the cause of death. Buyer pays all shipping costs involved in obtaining a replacement puppy. Under no circumstances will the breeder be responsible for veterinary or medical bills incurred.
- Breeder guarantees this puppy for 1 year (from year of birth) against life threatening congenital defects. If within that time a life threatening congenital defect is found, breeder will replace puppy with another of the same quality and sex. The replacement will be subject to availability, no moneys will be refunded. The initial puppy must be returned along with veterinarian report showing defect and must be verified by breeder’s veterinarian. Buyer pays all shipping costs to return initial puppy and obtain replacement puppy. Pecan Hill’s Bulldogs will not be responsible for Parvo, Distemper, or Corona virus after 48 hours of sale, as these are such highly contagious diseases and they can be contracted immediately after leaving breeder, plus the breeder has no control of on future vaccinations given to this bulldog or amount of exposure to other animals.
Buyer agrees to provide routine veterinary care for the puppy including proper vaccinations, routine worm checks and records of such care should buyer have to return puppy for replacement. Buyer understands contract will be void if buyer fails to provide routine veterinary care, if puppy is sold, bred, transferred or injured by accident or neglect. This guarantee does not cover any common puppy ailments such as worms, vitamin deficiencies, any viral, bacterial diseases, or disorders brought on by parasites. It also does not cover ailments common to bulldogs, such as eye problems, skin problems, or breathing problems, ect.
I, the buyer, have read this contract, understand fully the contents thereof, and acknowledge it. We are not relying on verbal statements not contained herein.
